Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 30 days for delivery
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

ShoesRx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • ShoesRx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional fees may apply to reship orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, ShoesRx is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Customers should contact the shipping provider directly for further assistance.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery from the parcel service.
  • Please contact our customer service immediately for further assistance.
