Our return window, refund timeline, and what to do if something arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

ShoesRx reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened or partially used items
  • Final sale items

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order details.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Chargebacks

  • If you have an issue with your order, you must contact ShoesRx before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
